Dr Anne Rigg
Dr Anne Rigg is a Consultant Medical Oncologist specialising in the treatment of Breast cancer. Dr Rigg trained at the Royal Marsden Hospital and completed a PhD in molecular genetics at Imperial College. She has been working at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital since 2004 and more recently has been the Clinical Director for Oncology. Dr Rigg is the Chair of the Chemotherapy Clinical Reference Group as part of NHSE/I Specialised Commissioning. As part of this role she is on the steering group of the Association of Cancer Physicians, the UK Chemotherapy Board and the Joint Collegiate Council for Oncology. Dr Rigg is a clinical expert for NICE Patient Access Scheme Liaison Unit and has assisted with several NICE technology appraisals.
